At MyFitnessPal, she helped grow the blog from zero to 10 million monthly readers in nine months and supported an email list of 100 million subscribers. She is a 3x founder. Her most recent exit was a company generating over 5 million monthly views across digital platforms.

She runs xolovetee.com, where she consults with service-based business owners on sales, marketing, pricing, operations, and systems. She also hosts Friday Strategy Sips, a free weekly live consulting session for service providers every Friday at 6:30 PM ET.

In her spare time, she teaches free AI trainings to nonprofits that serve disadvantaged populations to further her personal mission of bridging the digital divide.
