What this actually is
Every Friday at 6:30 PM ET, I hop on Zoom and talk strategy with service-based business owners. You bring whatever you're stuck on and we figure it out together. Pricing, offers, marketing, sales, systems, client boundaries, content strategy, operations, literally whatever is on your mind.
I've been self-employed for 15 years. I've worked with 500+ clients across every type of service-based business you can think of. Coaches, consultants, designers, cleaners, photographers, podcast producers, salons, wellness providers, you name it. If you provide a service, I've probably helped someone in your industry figure something out.
Some weeks people come with one specific question and leave with the answer in ten minutes. Some weeks the whole room gets into it and we're all coaching each other. It's different every time, and that's what makes it good.
The room
Service-based business owners at every level. People who are just getting started. People who've been at it for years and are trying to scale. People who are stuck on one thing and just need someone to look at it with them.
The one thing everyone in the room has in common is that they actually want to build something that works. No tire-kickers. No lurkers who just want free content and disappear. The people who come back every week are the ones who show up, ask their question, and go DO something with the answer.

The Pricing Problem
Someone came in having no idea how to package her first consulting offer. By the end of the call she had a direction, a pricing strategy, AND a client she was ready to pitch. Another woman in the room was coaching her too. It was a whole consulting session happening in real time.

The CTA That Wasn't Converting
Someone wanted to know why her call to action wasn't converting. Views were there, content was good, nobody was doing anything. I told her to stop changing her CTA and start tying it into the specific video she just made. That one shift filled the room up.
One shift. Room filled up.

Pitching Big Brands
Someone asked how to pitch big brands and thought she had to pretend to be bigger than she was. My advice?? You don't. Just be yourself. She was shocked, but that's literally how I've landed every major client I've ever had.
The honest pitch wins. Every time.
That's a random Friday. Every week is different.
You did a series on how you batch record on TikTok. I finally launched my bar thing, and I found you. That little tip right there just saved me so much time.
I love this, because I have been so discouraged by this. I literally was praying about this.
Before we have too much fun
These sessions get recorded. I use them for content, marketing, all of it. If your face being on the internet isn't your thing, camera off is ALWAYS an option. No judgment. You're still getting the same energy either way.
